Our vision is for lower Rose Creek to be an open space park providing recreational and learning opportunities and a clean, healthy, aesthetically pleasing environment for residents, visitors, businesses, and native plants and animals, while serving as an accessible link for bicyclists and pedestrians to move between Rose Canyon Park, Marian Bear Park, Mission Bay Park, and surrounding communities.

City Meeting July 29 on Dredging our Creeks

For those of you who don't know, the City is planning on dredging our creeks because they consider them storm drains, not wetlands. We would like to encourage you to attend this meeting and make your comments known. We need functioning wetlands.

The City of San Diego will have a meeting on the proposed Master Storm Water System maintenance Program to provide information and accept comments.
